David Calvo, architect, with the experience of 20 years of profession and with the work built during the last 12 years in Ibiza, develops and leads from 2020 a new and more personal project, David Calvo Arquitectos, an architecture studio that maintains the main values that as an architect he had been establishing, and which seeks to further strengthen and improve through a team of collaborators with a more multidisciplinary and specialised character. All with the desire to continue having the good fortune of being able to enjoy architecture through new projects linked to clients, new challenges with more environmental awareness, discovering and applying new technologies and in the constant search for contemporary, friendly, beautiful and satisfactory architecture and design for all.

David Calvo Arquitectos is made up of a multitude of collaborators from different specialities. It is a flexible, dynamic and multidisciplinary architectural studio concept that adapts to each project according to the needs.
Each project is based on a system of collaboration between professionals led by David Calvo, architect director, who is responsible for the designs and the author of them. The main collaborators are junior and senior architects, structural architects, installation architects and engineers, technical architects, environmental consultants and interior designers, among others. All of them resident and local Ibiza technicians, with a great deal of specific knowledge of the place.
Naturally, David is the founding director and mentor of the David Calvo Architects team. He arrived with his family in Ibiza as a child, and in 1992 he left for Barcelona to graduate as an architect in 1999 at the ETSAV of the UPC (Polytechnic University of Catalonia). He worked during his training period in different studios in Barcelona and Huesca, to end up returning to Ibiza in 2010, as co-director and co-founder of Mixis arquitectos, a studio with which he developed and designed numerous interesting projects, and now develops and leads since 2020 a new more personal project, the studio David Calvo Arquitectos, which with a valuable team of collaborators takes a more multidisciplinary and specialized character, and where the precise attention to the needs of each client, environmental awareness and the pursuit of beauty are its vital constants. He is the author of all the studio’s projects.

He graduated from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Sevilla in 2020, and since 2021 he is part of the team of important collaborators of DCA focusing on production tasks of the projects, in the control of their planning, development and design.
Víctor Muñoz
Architect
Graduated at the Università G. D’Annunzio of Pescara in 2020. Since 2022 he has been part of DCA’s team of collaborators for graphic expression and drawing, and with the intention of improving by applying the BIM system.
Piero Fischetti
Architect
External collaborator for many years with the DCA studio in all types of environmental issues, and in its dealings with local and regional administrations.
Olaya Pina
Environmental consultant
With extensive experience in construction for years, a regular collaborator since 2014, she focuses from the project development phase, in the control of the cost of material execution and in the control of the quality of its execution during the work.
Sara Sánchez
Technical architect
Economist, graduated from the University of Barcelona in 2006, he collaborates with DCA in the commercial management, social relations and finances of the studio.

We want our values to be directly reflected in the results through the way we work. In order to achieve excellent designs, we apply the utmost rigour in all phases of our projects.
Starting from the closest possible relationship with the client, we establish a very elaborate programme of needs, we base ourselves on the best existing references, we know the regulations, we investigate different conceptual possibilities, and in this way we draw up proposals that materialise in particularly singular projects and works.
