Project for a detached single-family house and annexe in Puig den Vinyets, Ibiza 2023.
Located on the hillside of Puig den Vinyets, overlooking the sea, surrounded by vegetation and protected from the neighbouring houses, the project develops the programme of a single-family house with annexe, which, articulated by a central swimming pool, are connected to each other at ground floor level, giving rise to a LARGE AREA OF TERRACES AND GARDENS, which take shape like the traditional sculpted sandstone quarries of the island located next to the sea.
