Bella Vista Houses

Complex of 30 dwellings in 4 isolated blocks, Sant Antoni de Portmany, Ibiza 2019.

Its development focuses on the design of housing typologies where spatial fluidity, the contemplation and enjoyment of private outdoor patios, hygrothermal comfort through solar protection in summer and solar gain in winter, as well as cross ventilation. Special attention is paid to privacy with respect to the communal spaces, which are designed in an attractive way, taking care of the sensation of arrival at entrances and through the use of light, warm materials and vegetation. An attractive residential atmosphere with a Mediterranean and contemporary character is achieved.
