Aragon 57 Building

Refurbishment Project of a multi-family building with 9 dwellings in C/ Aragón 57, Ibiza 2024.

The refurbishment of the multi-family building between party walls located in the heart of the city of Ibiza was oriented from the outset towards improving the urban environment, energy efficiency and achieving the best interior comfort for the user. Therefore, we proposed the compositional clarity of the façade, excellence in passive thermal insulation measures, the arrangement of new interior courtyards that provide the building with light and cross ventilation, and the enhancement and provision of the roof as a space for recreation and private leisure. We believe that we have achieved an attractive and modern renovation of an existing building, and that it enhances the current philosophy of renovation and creation of new quality housing from existing ones. Rehabilitation as one of the best ways of betting on sustainability.
