Simple refurbishment work on a flat located in a building of a certain age in Avda. de España in Ibiza, which consisted of renovating the bathrooms and kitchen of the dwelling by means of a single volume clad in wood, which located in the centre of the floor transforms the living, arrival, circulation and dining-kitchen spaces, giving the dwelling a modern character within the original old context.
